RETURNS


If there are any issues with your order, please inform us so that we can assist you. You have the option to return the item and place a new order for a different size, color, or style.


In the unlikely event that you receive an item in poor condition, it is damaged or defective upon delivery, or it differs from what you ordered, you can choose to return it. When returning an item, please ensure it is in the exact condition as when you received it, including all tags and original packaging.


Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for gift cards, jewelry, purses, or sunglasses unless there is a manufacturing issue.


To return an order, please follow the procedure outlined below:

 

  • If possible, use the original delivery package to pack the item(s) you wish to return. Ensure that the product is undamaged and in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags attached.
  • Include the order/invoice sheet and ensure that the package is securely wrapped.
  • Hand over the package to our courier partner when they arrive. The reimbursement process for the returned items will begin upon receipt of the package.
  • For online purchases, requests for returns should be made within 48 hours following the delivery of the order.


REFUND


Once we receive and examine your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt. We will also inform you of the acceptance or denial of your refund.


If your refund request is authorized, we will process the refund and apply a credit to your designated account within 5-7 business days, once we have received your bank account information or any other payment method details.
